Voice Clean
Remove noise, hum and room from speech recordings. You get the cleaned voice, a second track with everything that was removed, and a transcript.
#What it does
Voice Clean runs a speech-enhancement engine instead of the music separator. It is built for spoken word: interviews, podcasts, voice memos, lecture recordings, dialogue. The result opens in the same Studio as a two-track project:

Because the two tracks add up to the original sample for sample, you are never stuck with an over-processed result: pull the Artifacts fader up a touch and the room comes back. Tempo, pitch, loop and export all work as in a stem project; chords, the metronome and stem options are hidden because they make no sense for speech.

#The transcript
The Lyrics panel becomes a Transcript panel: timestamped lines you can click to jump, edit for names and spellings, and export. Free accounts see the first 30 seconds; on Plus the whole recording is transcribed, and a project that was transcribed in the short form is re-run in full automatically the first time a Plus member opens it.
Can I clean a video?
Yes. Upload the video file; the audio track is cleaned and you download audio.
How long does it take?
The model runs many times faster than real time, so a 20-minute interview is usually done in a couple of minutes. The upload page waits up to 12 minutes before it asks you to try again.
Does it run on the mobile apps?
Not yet. Voice Clean is on the web at mastering.soundboost.ai, on the Voice Clean tab of the upload page.
Does a Voice Clean count as a stem split?
No. It has its own counters and its own download window.
