SoundBoost Free Tools
Six small tools that each solve one problem: measure loudness, hear what streaming does to your master, tag MP3s, convert formats, make sound samples from a sentence, and build a link-in-bio page.
Not everything needs a mastering session. Sometimes you just want a number, a tag or a different file format. These tools do exactly one job each, they are free, and none of them asks for a plan. Three run entirely inside your browser; three live in the SoundBoost app and need a free account for the button that does the work.

#Where the browser tools live
- LUFS Meter, Loudness Penalty and the Metadata Editor are pages on soundboost.ai. Your file is opened locally and never leaves your computer.
- The Audio Converter, Text to Audio and Link in Bio are in the app, under Free Tools in the sidebar. The first two pages open without an account; pressing Convert or Generate asks you to sign in, which is free.
#Free ways into the big tools
The mastering engine and the stem splitter have free front doors too. They are not on this list because they have whole sections of their own, but here is where they start.
- Free AI Mastering: upload a mix and hear a master without creating an account first. The rest is on the Mastering pages.
- Free Vocal Remover and Stem Splitter: split a song into stems as a guest. Everything the Studio does is on the Stem Splitter pages.
- Free Voice Cleaner: take the noise out of a spoken recording. Details under Voice Clean.
Are they really free?
Yes. No plan, no trial, no watermark. The three app tools want a free SoundBoost account so your results have somewhere to live; the three browser tools do not even ask for that.
Do the browser tools upload my file?
No. The LUFS Meter, Loudness Penalty and Metadata Editor open the file on your own machine and do their work there. Close the tab and nothing is left behind.
Do they work on a phone?
All six open in a phone browser. They are not inside the iOS and Android apps, so use Safari or Chrome for them.
